Each of the beachfront bungalows is equipped with electric, sewer, and a private bath.  All of the bungalows have palapa style roofs (redone in 2014) with enclosed screens, custom wood storm shutters and patios.

The two mango suites each feature king size beds, full kitchen, dinette, fold down couch, A/C (replaced in 2013), lounge patio, private bath, and full closets. Attached in the same building and located directly behind is the laundry facility  equipped with washers, dryers, and folding and ironing stations.  In addition, there is also a bodega for additional storage.
