The architectural concept includes an owner’s villa on the southeastern edge of the property.  The private villa is perched up on a hill for additional privacy and expansive ocean views.  The villa includes its own private entrance and parking, infinity pool overlooking the sea, and large sun deck for entertaining guests.

As with the existing design, the bungalows are spread out on the north and south portions of the property.  The bungalows consist of five cottages on the north side, each with an ocean view.  The bungalows also face the expansive infinity pool, but are situated far enough back for privacy.

 Three larger bungalows are placed on the south end of the property and include private gardens and ocean views.
